Painting exposure Piedmontese-Egyptian, in audio and video, projected directly in the country of the Pyramids, in an evocative and authentic scene, with laser beams that put in extension from a part the works of the ancient Civilization and of that modern one, from the other the art works capacities from the artists of the Piedmont.
A short one reassumed of the daily life in Piemonte united with of the points of encounter between it and the everyday life of the Pharaohs, introducing foods, customs and products of every of the two nations.

2010 are the year “of the Giorgione” to Castelfranco Veneto. Besides the great extension with the masterpieces originals of the Master, in parallel and beyond the 5 extensions slide collaterals of Art & Media Gallery, at Via Roma 38. Extensions that will come then accommodated to spin for all 2010, to Bassano del Grappa to the cultural Center/artistic “Porta Dieda”; to Castle of Godego to the “Barco Mocenigo” and to Caerano San Marco near Villa Benzi Zecchini.
Third: “Portrait”, Varnish 6 saturdays March in Art & Media gallery, it will see like special host Maria Gomierato, the “mayor of the Giorgione” of Castelfranco, in occasion also of the 5° anniversary of the Art & Media gallery. Eighteen Italian contemporary artists, of several ages, technique and artistic search inquire the portrait. Philosopher Vittorio Caracuta anticipates. In exibition: Oscar Alessi, Maria Teresa Barisi, Francesco Cagnin, Sandro Chia, Katia Dal Zilio, Maria Pia Fanna Roncoroni, Paul Kostabi, Antonia Lucchese, Giusy Mazzocca, Mimmo Paladino, Marzia Pieri, Michele Tombolini, Ernesto Treccani, Alfredo Truttero, Mimmo Urzia, Susanna Viale, Toni Zarpellon, Luigina Mazzocca.
The exibition will remain opened in Art & Media until 24 April 2010, then it will be moved give:
- 15/29 saturdays May in CENTER PORTA DIEDA to Bassano del Grappa (VI);
- 5/20 saturdays june 2010 BARCO MOCENIGO to Castle of Godego (TV);
- saturday 6/27 November 2010 to VILLA BENZI to Caerano S. Marco (TV).

THE TAROT CARDS
In alchemy there is a saying stating that equilibrium is at the base of the Great Work, that is to say the work one does on ones’ “self”. Justice is the equilibrium in the constant fight between man and nature, good and evil. The sword always underlines the analytical and penetrating power of the mind , but when the sword is pointing upwards it means that the mind must always refer itself to the heavens. The justice of the law of the Karma is without end inesorabile. A sword which severs the past. The three chains indicate the three levels of the external columns that are underneath those of equilibrium and separate the regions of the abysses from those of light. (Maurizio Carlo Cusani)

In an era where we close ourselves ever more in our egoism, in our houses, put up barricades, we are afraid of others, seen always as being different from ourselves, in the end we loose the value of reality only to live our lives, not only without ideals, as has already unfortunately happened, but also without sense.
Remember that what is real is essentially alterata: without alterata there is no reality.
Others are the only medium that allows us to know ourselves in our possibility to exist.
In other words, Viale, through her works of art, tries to restore the gift of “speech” to those to whom it has been denied. (Ugo Perugini)

So, if we stop being on the defence, if we lower our guard... just for a moment, if we allow the colours of Viale’s works, the artist’s message, to travel, then they shift freely from the retina to the heart we can then say we’ve taken a big step forward.
A step toward tolerance, respect, towards liberty. That of others, but, above all that of ourselves.
